Ann is one of the most talented designers we have in the city. In terms of knowing how to pull things together, she can walk into someone's house without buying a stick of anything and, using what's there, can make it look fabulous. Born talent? Yes, but Ann also has acquired elegance and taste, and that comes from a South Carolina Lowcountry upbringing.

Quality is definitely important to her. She considers comfort and appropriateness, especially when it applies to the families she works with. Ann is very good in designing in the style of the family she is working for. She gets into the heads of her clients and really pulls something together that suits them and their lifestyle.  None of her work looks the same. Too many designers do "their look" -- not their clients. This Ann doesn't do. It's one of the things that sets her apart.
