Teamwork is important to Ann. She has good people, a good team. She gives clear directions and projects come together well. Her follow through is also good and she's always available if further discussion is needed. Even if it gets real, real busy, I can get to her, if I have to have her.

She has never done anything twice. If it's a familiar idea, it's an idea that will be taken a step further. Different fabrics make different things happen. Ann gives me some freedom, some creative license, to get the best from the materials I've been given.

I am totally amazed on a regular basis at the handle she has on the big overall picture. Part of this is because she has good assistants. She's not trying to do it all herself. Her clients want Ann and nobody else. Ann has tremendous patience.

Ann really does do magic and does it wonderfully. Sometimes you couldn't even dream it could be that beautiful! She takes on a very young house and gives it stature. I'd like to come back and see the finishes in 70 years. It would be so beautiful.
